28 of us went for a group meal and they looked after us magnificently. The food was great, was served quickly and cheerfully and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant place.

Gorgeous food, served by delightful staff. A lovely variety of different foods - something for everyone. More than happy to cater for small appetite of very elderly guest. Our favourite pub locally

Went to The George for a lite lunch in the week, enjoyed what we had so booked for Sunday Roast, absolutely recommend the belly pork, and the roast potatoes are gorgeous, which to me is a must for a Sunday roast.
