Served food (salt and pepper box) wasn't fresh - chicken was really old with weird consistency. Chow mein wasn't as bad but definitely contained too much onions which were burnt and the beef in it really unwell prepared. Can't really recommend the place..

I've just had a mixed grill from my favourite place. But I've just thrown the whole lot away. The new owners have ruined the best Chinese in wigan. Come back Ming, please. How can a Chinese change to a point were you will never go back there ever again. So badly disappointed 😞
