Me, my partner and friends all had a really positive experience at this casino when staying in Gt Yarmouth . The staff are excellent and make the sign up process stress free. The beer is kept well and at fair prices.
The building is a rather fancy historical thing that royalty and other higher ups have stayed at. And you can tell it has had money spent on the upkeep.
Particular praise must be given to the main floor manager. Phenomenal levels of assistance and a true gentleman that makes everyone feel at ease.
We enjoyed using the roulette machines, of which there are afew, equipped with comfortable leather seats and drinks holders. Small portable tables are available if your glass doesn't fit.
One of us had a go on a live roulette table and won £40 first go, and we mostly broke even or walked away with small loss/small win on the machines.
Someone from Grosvenor HQ really needs to see what a lovely casino this is. The Grosvenor in Leeds and many others could learn alot from this place.
Really nice staff, atmosphere and friendly service
A little small and difficult for wheelchairs Accessibility, not great, but everybody is really helpful.
Great staff and great hospitality. Had fun for a couple of hours whilst on holiday.
My first time in a casino. There were 4 of us and we did an hour of black Jack and then an hour of roulette. Good fun and from starting with £20 per person, one couple ended up £27 down, the other couple were £30 up. A reasonable cost for an evenings entertainment. Drinks were a reasonable price and the food menu look good value as well. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It made a nice change for an evening out.

Had an exciting night playing roulette while my partner played poker. The building is great from the outside and the bar/restaurant is located in an amazing room with a gigantic mirror as a focal point along with the magnificence of the room itself. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful as I was on my own for a while in the bar but felt safe and relaxed.
Can feel a bit on the snug side if busy but very nice place to visit and the staff are very friendly and helpful
The Gathering promoted a magic show in the main restaurant of the casino which included a buffet for 60 of our guests. It was more like a Banquet than a Buffet it was amazing hot and cold food, it was Gastronomic! The waiter service with drinks, food and topping up the buffet was unwavering. We would recommend anyone considering booking an event requiring a buffet to contact the Grosvener Casino. Gemma, The General Manager was visible and attentive to every detail, as were the staff.
Thank you again to the Grosvener Casino,

Nice place and friendly staff. The club that im with held a dinner evening there
Good atmosphere in the casino itself, but like all Grosvenor casinos, has totally lost the plot with regards to the restaurant.
Menus are unimaginative, more fast food takeaway than a quality dining experience, which results in a virtually empty restaurant and a poor start to the evening.
Have to add that what I had was well prepared and served by a very friendly and attentive waitress.
The right staff are there, just totally let down by appalling head office decisions.
If you find yourself in Great Yarmouth with too much money then this place will gladly relieve you of it! Low stakes (2.00) and nice restaurant upstairs. Housed in former holiday home of George V11
