The Craven Heifer Inn - Ingleton - Photo album

Had lunch here. When for the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings. Was all delicious. Not sure why there are roast potatoes + mashed potatoes + sweet potatoes all on the plate. Perhaps a carrot or two are needed to avoid potato overdose? Decent quality food either way. Service was quick and efficient a
Booked this pub for 30 people to celebrate my birthday after a day of walking. The manageress was so accommodating and helpful. All the food came out promptly despite there only being 1 chef, and the waitresses were really attentive ensuring everyone always had a drink. The food was really good…all
Whilst staying in our Motorhome near Ingleton we decided to visit the Craven Heifer in the village and what a find. The landlady Lynne was very welcoming and couldn't do enough. The meal was first class my wife and I had Gammon, egg and homemade chips and lasagne. Now we have had this meal before in ot
We stayed one night at the Craven Heifer and really enjoyed it. Very nice lady and the pub is very cozy. I also give this review as a small compensation of the obvious vile reviews of the same group of friends that all reviewed before me with a single star. It says very clearly you can't eat food b
We came there just to eat and both the service and the food were on spot. I've ordered fish and chips, haven't had such good chips in a long time, just like at home! The owner was very accommodating, nice and attentive. I would highly recommend the food!!!!
Lovely food, comfy bed. Fridge in the room with real milk was a great touch.... hate uht. Staff incredibly friendly. Nice beer. Only criticism was noise from the bar. Pretty loud in room up until 11pm. Silent thereafter. But we wanted an early night as we were up early for 3peaks challenge.
Came across this pub by chance, set back of the main road, was quiet but was mid week. Lady behind bar very friendly, Waitress who served our food was professional and friendly. Food was typical pub grub but very nicely presented and tasted nice too. Deffo recommend.
Booked a room very last minute, Lynn the owner couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful, stayed over one night as we were due to go on a hot air balloon ride, unfortunately this was cancelled at the last minute. No problem with the room very clean and had everything we needed, will de
Stayed here in 2015. Then the rooms were small but good. The Pub is nice. Breakfast. Diner. A beer. All fine. What more do you want.
Highly recommended for a good drink and pub food, served well. We have a Bed & Breakfast and suggest that our guests book for dining in advance so that they know they've a table and always give us positive feedback for the normal menu and Sunday roasts.
Friendly and prompt service. Food tasty and good value. Ignore the recent one star reviews - they didn't mention they were asked to leave for eating their own food at the outside tables - there is a notice outside.
Stayed for the Fellsman last weekend. Friendly staff and landlady. Super convenient for Ingleton. Shame that the food had stopped but this seems to be a problem across the town. We ended up with a kebab as the only place serving after 8pm. Comfortable bed and clean no frills room. Good value for mon
The staff were brilliant, a very warm welcome. They accommodated us even though they were booked up and the food was excellent 👌
