Dairy Queen

DQ is known for it's ice cream. But, don't overlook their hamburgers. They are very good. I had to get onion rings and was happy with them. I had to get my iced tea from the drive through window area, but that's a minor issue. I've visited this location a few times and am not a fan of their drive through, it's slow (probably due to the customers). Walk in and get better service quicker.

They only have one start because their ice cream is still decent. We went in to order food and dessert. #1 we were charged for the kids ice cream cone that is supposed to be included in the meal, it was rang in as a separate cone and we only got one cone. #2 The kids HAMburger had cheese, when asked to fix it, it took two more tries to make the correct burger. Not to mention they asked if we wanted the milk in the kids bag and it was never in there#3 the adult bacon cheese burger was drenched in mustard. This place is ran by teenagers and the only adult in the store was just an over sized kid himself. Only decent food was the chicken fingers and they couldn't even get the dip right after they asked 3 times.

Went for dinner that was good, then after dinner I don't know what happened, we ordered 3 blizzards and a 4 piece chicken strip after 15 minutes they forgot our order, they finally made the blizzards that were meant to go and gave them to us with no lids ( what a mess to clean just to get the lid on) after getting our blizzards we had to wait another 20 minutes for the chicken strips that supposedly walked away. Now granted I never give a bad review, but with no one inside the place except for us and 5 people working and of course drive thru which people were waiting 15 minutes for their order, well all i got to say is that some thing went really wrong.

We pulled up and ordered our meal which totaled around $34. I asked if I could pay 15 in cash and the rest on the card I was told this was fine. After re-opening the window he handed my card back to me and I logged into my bank account they had charged me twice for two different amounts exceeding the total that we owed by $9.32. I asked why the card was charged twice and was just told to call my bank. I need to use that money elsewhere and wanted it to be handled . So I asked to talk to a manager and he said he was the manager. I can’t believe I was talked to so disrespectfully. Customer service is not one of this companies or stores strong points. I repeatedly was told to call the bank, granted it’s on a Sunday . Then to get me to shut up he told me to check my account in 20 minutes basically so we could get me to leave.

Have been a reg since they opened came at 740pm had to repeat order at the window they got it wrong had to wait at the window when I got the food the blizzards were melted I said something they usually turn them upside down their gimmick knew they were not up to par but said they made them and had to wait for the food they screwed up. Drove home 5 min trip burger was Luke warm and dry fries were like warm and soggy. Going back for a refund or fresh food tomorrow and they overcharged me ugh!
