Really nice people and good burgers. Crusty, beefy and tasty with a beer to wash it down. Dirty fries were just that. Simple menu, gluten-aware and helpful. Just what we were craving and we’ll priced.
The food took over half an hour to arrive after ordering but tasted delicious.
CONS: The portion sizes were slightly smaller than what should be priced for, especially the cheesy fries as we were told by a waitress that it would be enough for two people. As mentioned before, the food took a while despite only ordering one burger each for two people with barely any customers in the room.
PROS: The food was great and worth the price overall. It was filling for the both of us and would recommend again. The staff were also approachable and polite.
Burger heaven!!
Was here a few days ago. Delicious burgers and fries.
Full of flavour with a great choice of toppings.
Milkshake was also epic!
Staff were faultless.
f you love smash style burgers then Coyote's is the place for you. I have heard brilliant reviews about them and some delicious pictures on social media. I highly recommend booking first as they can be really busy and book up fast. They are located along the riverside with tables overlooking the River Ness, what better view would you want whilst eating?
The menu is full of beef/chicken burgers that can be customised with different varieties dependant on taste, only downside is that chips aren't included so need to be ordered separately which does mount up quickly although they are served as a "sharing portion". Staff are really friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your visit one to remember.
Our first visit was great, the service was great, burgers were delicious, dirty fries were perfect with just the right amount of spice and everything served in a generous portion, only slight off putting thing was the A/C started blasting halfway through the meal, so started to cool down the food down quicker and made us feel cold, we did ask for it to be turned down but didn't find it made a difference.
All in all Coyotes makes a brilliant spot for a bite to eat in Inverness and highly recommend it if your in the area.
Service is excellent!
The foods are scrumptious, portions are bigger than we expected. It could be because we don’t eat a lot.
I love the fried chicken, it’s more more than enough for me. My husband got a double bbq chicken burger.
Absolutely delicious burgers. Went for lunch, wasn't too busy. Good choices on beer taps. Nice view of the river.
Summer in Inverness. to sit in, you have to sign in a waiting list with at least 30 minutes waiting time. But the place is never crowded and you can see empty tables. so it's not clear why (but it is not the only place in town actually). then the burger is high level,
But pay attention even I'd we order 2 mayo pot, got 1, and paid 3.
Excellent food, typical American smash burgers, good option, attention and atmosphere, recommended.
Recommended by locals. Arrive early. Very small place with limited indoor seating. They have waitlist- normally about 30 min call back. Pick up is available. Burgers, fries, shakes are AMAZING! They also sell beer and other alcoholic beverages. Reasonable price. About 20 to 25 pounds per person.
Great little burger joint with awesome views. Lewis was so awesome as a waiter, very attentive and helpful with our questions on the local area.
Probably one of the best burgers we’ve ever eaten. We went to Inverness 2 times in 2 months for this haha! But in all seriousness, if you are there, YOU SHOULD DEFO give it a go!
Great stuff, nice music vibes and an amazing burger at a reasonable price.
Service was good, place was nice with a good view of the river, and the burger/fries were absolutely banging, would highly recommend!
Great burguers and worth the price. The dirty fries are a must! Make sure to book a table since there will probably be a queue and you'll have to wait for them to message you when it's your turn!
This wee burger restaurant is a GEM in Inverness. Freshly made and extremely tasty. Beef, chicken, veggie and vegan burgers are available. Range of different fries from plain to dirty fries covered with cheese and sauce and bacon. My mouth is watering with just the thought. The restaurant is small and rustic. The tables get filled quickly but the turn around is fast. You don't feel like your being rushed as the service and staff are great. If your asked to wait for a table it's worth waiting. The first time we went we got a table straight away. Yesterday we had a 45 minute wait. They text you when a table is free so you can continue with shopping. Believe me waiting for their burger is worth the wait. Soft drinks and alcohol drinks are available, the coffee machine is out of use just now.
Slightly on the pricey side for a burger without fries but definitely worth every penny! Best burger in Inverness (I think) and one of the best I’ve tasted all around!! Really wish I took a double patty instead of a single and would highly recommend the beef ones. Don’t think they do donuts anymore unfortunately.
Friendly and efficient service - great staff! Large open space, wasn’t too busy but had a good atmosphere and decor. Menu is straightforward and tasty: burger and fries are the primary fare on offer. Burger was well done with juicy gherkins and tasty sauce. Fries were salted to perfection.

First, the new place has a great view to the river and the space is very comfortable. The staff is so kind and friendly, I felt very welcome by them. The fries and the milkshake were more than delicious, tasteful and fresh. Great price. The music was great. Recommend 100%
