Black Isle Bar - Inverness - Photo album

Great location with a brilliant selection of organic beers. Had the wild venison pizza which I highly recommend. Can get very busy on a Friday and Saturday night. Though always a good sign. Stayed in the accommodation in February. Had my own room which was clean and to a good standard. Was slightly
Well what can I say. Very good brewery with the heart at the right place and this is also true for the bar. Local and very good ingredients are a good formula which we need more often nowadays. The beer is as usual very good and they have a lot on tap for every taste. You can also get different size
Fantastic. Superb range of beers on tap (around 20 I think) I would encourage everyone to try a few as you can order 1/3 of a pint to try and the get a pint or a half. They also make their own pizzas on the premises which appeared to be very popular, well can’t go wrong with a pint and a pizza can y
As a Family with a dog we really enjoyed the amazing pizzas. The amount of own brewed bees available is unbelievable. We had various sorts of Pale Ale (No. 2 and No. 4) which we really enjoyed. Service is great, even for our dog they offered a free drink. Nicely located in the middle of Inverness. I
Lovely place to stay! The rooms are great, we stayed in one that had a private bathroom and it had all we needed. And then there’s a bar downstairs which has a great beer options. One of our tour guides recommended this bar so we know the locals also like it.
It’s an inexpensive hotel room above a bar on a busy street. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The street noise was loud.. but when you’re on a Main Street.. it’s to be expected. Walls are pretty thin. Noise from other rooms and the hallway was very apparent. But again… it’s an inexp
We didn't stay here but we popped in a couple of times during our trip for pizza & beer. They have a great selection of beers & their pizzas are SO good. Lots of options & all delicious. Service is fast & friendly. They have a very cool rooftop area. They are also dog friendly which we loved !! Defi
Nailed it. Great pizza, with really fresh and flavourful ingredients. No skimping on topping either. Piping hot and really tasty. Beer choices are epic and prices are reasonable. I really cannot find a fault with the place.
Great selection of beer and ale, really good pizzas too. The emphasis is on local produce and suppliers so you can enjoy your beer and pizza while supporting an ethical company.
Went here tonight with child (15) and hub (53) . Top pizza, overjoyed to get a gf option that actually tasted good. Kid's venison salami was fab. Beers great as was cider . Overall top!
Busy bar with a huge range of their own beers on tap plus a really good pizza offering too. Sociable staff, good food and beer, plus there's a secret terrace up top apparently! The rooms are decent too. Can't go wrong.
Great place to stay for a couple nights, cheap and no-frills, beds are comfy, rooms are clean and quiet. Bar downstairs has a great vibe and does some incredible pizzas - would definitely recommend having your dinner there!
It’s a great place to stay for the price, location and service. Staff were great and helpful, and the microbrewery was awesome with a variety of product! The rooms are very minimal but it’s all you need for a short stay. Only thing I would recommend would to bring your own shampoo and conditioner! O
Great food and drink. Amazing number of Black Isle brews on tap. The pizza are delicious. Order from the bar and food is delivered to your table. It is a busy and noisy venue but that is a good thing. Everyone is having a good time.
Best restaurant/bar we visited in Inverness. Beers and atmosphere were great, sadly we didn't have a pizza but they looked great. And props for being B Corp!
Amazing little pub with a garden out back. Locally brewed beers with good service. They've got a variety of pizzas, my friends really enjoyed it!
Pizzas are very good. There is a "secret garden" which is a terrace on the roof of the building. It's a lovely place. They serve a lot of different beers brewed by themselves. I had the blonde one and it was not bad at all (which is a great compliment from a beer lover living in Belgium)
