We appreciated the ambience, the quality of the food, and the size of the portions. There was a slight misunderstanding involving the lasagna and we insisted on paying for it, but they insisted on not charging us. That is class. When visiting Culloden Battlefield, be sure to make this a stop on your trip.
Delicious food and great service.
We had a delightful lunch. For starters we had the Chicken Goujons and the Garlic Mushrooms. Our main course i had the BBQ Chicken Melt with coleslaw, salad and chips, Lasagne, Steak Pie, Breaded Chicken Goujons, and Breaded Scampi.
We had dessert Cheesecake and Toffee Pudding with ice cream.
Better than we expected! Nachos and chicken fajitas were really good, the mac n cheese wasn't amazing but was fine. The portions are really generous, bordering on challenging! Car park needs it's potholes filling in really. Friendly and helpful staff
The food is super and there is LOADS of it. Really great portions. I couldn't finish mine, and that is saying something.

Tiny detail, the onion rings side was fresh made. So many places use frozen, and i really appreciated this detail.

The food was delicious and very good value for money. The staff were really friendly and happy to help. And we didn't have to wait long. We enjoyed it so much we returned the following day.
Great food! You won't leave hungry. Even the light menu was a large amount of food. Recommend sharing if you can't take leftovers with you. Good service and you just pay at the bar when you are ready to go.
Was out with some friends walking nearby and went here for some lunch. Wasn't disappointed. I had baked potato with vegetables and brie. Others had roast beef; scampi and chips; bacon and brie baguette. We were all pleased with our food and portions were a good size; food tasty and served quickly. We were in the bar area. Would definitely go back. Would give 5 stars but the car park was horrendous and full of large holes needing filled. Would have been fine if I had a 4x4🤔. Toilets so so.
We had two American ladies sitting at the next table and they sum up it perfectly, American sized portions and how right they were I've been to the states and yes portions are large .Food was cooked lovely as usual. The starters look like main courses and I even had to ask for a box to take some of my main home .The crunchie cheesecake was so so good and a large portion .The staff were very busy but we were served in good time and not rushed at all .Thank you guys .
Amazing steak pie and an epic soup of the day, big portions and reasonable prices. The service is great.
If you are near Culloden, definitely worth visiting!
Excellent food. Rather filling. We had the salmon fillets and the chicken and haggis. Needed more sauce with the chicken. 27th Anniversary meal. ❤😄
