Absolutely fantastic experience at Sushi Inn Inverness Market Place! My family and I dined there today, and I must say it was an absolute delight. I'm genuinely baffled by any negative reviews regarding the rice temperature – the rice was perfectly light and fluffy, and the fish was exceptionally fresh. The tuna practically melted in my mouth, a testament to its quality. The two gentlemen behind the counter were not only incredibly kind but also displayed a genuine passion for their craft. You could clearly see the care and dedication they put into every piece of sushi they crafted. Everything was made fresh right in front of us, and there was no compromise on quality. The presentation of the dishes was equally impressive – a harmonious balance between the rice, fish, and other components. I have to commend Sushi Inn for their commitment to excellence. It's evident that they take pride in delivering a remarkable dining experience.
