I was served by very friendly staff, and my drinks were made perfectly. The cafe was clean and tidy, with staff cleaning tables quickly. I will definitely be returning! It's one of my favourite Starbucks in Inverness.
I recently visited Starbucks and had a delightful experience. The café shop had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. The team of baristas was incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. I must say, the manager, a cheerful and kind-hearted woman, stood out for her exceptional customer service. Her positive energy and attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Starbucks offers more than just great coffee; it's a place where you can experience excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Visited Eastgate over the weekend and the experience was fantastic. The staff were so kind and really made my day. I was served by Caitlin who was super helpful in helping make a choice of coffee as I don’t often visit coffee shops. The workers making drinks Orla and Ellen who took the time to speak to me and really made my day before I had taken a seat and taken over my food and drinks to top off this amazing experience. Don’t normally make a review but I wanted to praise them. Look forward to already going back.
Just arrived 5 mins before closing, so the young lass suggested I take it to the food hall. I'm disabled, so she took it right out of the shop & into the food hall for me. Exceptional service.
I'm celiac, so staring at big cakes and gooey muffins to find I can only have 2 pre-packaged items, the size of my thumb.....a big chain like Starbucks should be better.
Staff awesome and good atmosphere
Good staff, nice coffee but can get very busy. I like to sit at tab,es outside. Sometimes takes time for coffee to come, maybe more machines would help, but always nice

I am a long term customer , I always recieve the best of service and the my favourite coffee as I requested it . Plus now the shocked when I give them my name request Jesus . Plus for get the smiles , the laughs and the friendships
Very nice and helpful staff who offered table service because my hands were full with a large holdall. Tuna melt panini was nice but a bit overpriced but this is Starbucks after all so you pay for the brand's quality and service. Whenever I'm in Inverness I stop off for coffee here. Decaf coffee tastes exactly like regular coffee too so you can get the taste without the palpitations and chest pain. Perfect for an after shopping stopover to kill time waiting for the train or coach.
Staff work really hard and are efficient and friendly and I appreciate them.
