What a pleasant surprise, hidden away in the back streets.
I was early for an appointment and came across this gem.
I ordered a bacon roll and tea.
Wow.!
There is real loose tea leaves that you strain as you pour from the pot. (The pot stays hot for your second cup).

This is a wonderful little cafe. How nice to go somewhere that isn"t part of a big chain. Reminded me a little of somewhere in Brighton. Lovely, friendly staff - sanwiches were great and it was full and jolly when we went in.

Tucked away near the Buttermarket shopping centre. Jaceys Coffee House is a great place to have a coffee and chat with friendly people. The food is always very nice. Tea and coffee selection are pretty good with very generous large cups. This is a real hub for the community and the staff are fantas

Really enjoyed our visit. No nonsense food which was a really good quality at a sensible price. They weren’t stingy with the ingredients and it has a real ‘home made’ feel which we appreciated. We’ll return again
