This particular Prezzo is good. Staff are friendly, however food can take a while to come out. It's a big chain, so expect good reliable classic Italian food– but not something with the quality delivered straight from Italy! Prices are a bit steep for what it is.

We visited on 14th August 2022 for early dinner. Service was fast and polite, but not particularly friendly. We had two pizzas and two drinks (total of £38 before tip). The pizzas were freshly prepared and tasty. I had the cloudy lemonade, which lacked taste.

Great service. Ordered food and it came in 9 minutes and it was busy. Food tasted amazing! Highly recommend the al forno pasta dishes and the starter of large meatballs (3).
