We were able to download a menu, phone in an order (for 5x adults and 1x child) and then collect our order, approx 30 minutes later

We often come here for our lunch, Ozzie is always so friendly and always asks about your day when you come in and will chit chat with you too. But food is always amazing! Fish and chips are a staple favorite of course with their curry sauce. The fishburger and the codfella burger were delicious too.
Food was very tasty but I wasn't happy with the service I ordered by phone and was told 15 mins but when I arrived I still had to wait another 45 mins for it when others turned up and ordered over counter and got their food before ours!! Probably won't use Codfellas again..

The owner always asks for feedback on the food and also suggests new items on the menu. Takes and acts on all feedback given. More importantly, the food is always 10/10, crispy batter and a wide variety of items on the menu, cannot fault it!

Fishy dishy-licious. Best battered cod I have found for a long while. Portions are generous and enough to share with the hungry birds. Family love it. Bravo to all the members of staff. Very friendly owner who has a good word to say to everyone who comes into the shop.

Best chippy in town, possibly in the country. Service is friendly, polite and efficient, quality of fish is top notch. Quite sad to be moving away from the area, but will pop back occasionally just for the fish and chips.

Went to Codfellers last night first time, food was amazing, the best chips in town. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The food dsplayed looked lovely and fresh. Recommend to all who have not visited you will not be disappointed
