Excellent hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and eager to help and/or resolve any issues. Value for money 💰 definitely recommend it. The gym is really small, so don't get too excited 😆

Spent 12 weeks in this hotel for work. It is a lovely friendly hotel. Decent rooms that are really comfortable. Food options are fairly limited when spending a long duration here. Staff 10/10, really welcoming and friendly. The limited issues I encountered were rectified really quickly. Sports shown on TV, the hotel also has a pool table and dart board, etc, in the lounge area. Ideally located near the football ground and train station. Thanks for making myself and my colleagues so welcome for the duration our stay. Keep up the amazing work.

We had a unique experience at this hotel, due to the games room idea in the bar area. There is clearly a family friendly outlook. Even though we travelled as a group of four adults, we liked this vibe. We also felt that the hotel is working well to adopt an eco-friendly approach, which we found refreshing.

Stayed here for two nights, rooms were nice and clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of items. Overall, I had a good night's sleep, would use this hotel again.

Was not staying here. But was using the hotel for work. Lovely feel to the place and the staff are amazing. Nothing too much trouble.

It’s located right next to the Train Station, no more then a 4 mins walk. Hotel was better then what I expected. Rooms are modern and have all the amenities that one would expect. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. If I’d get to travel to Ipswich then I will definitely be staying here again.

Near to train station, less than 10 min walk, Room good shame about food and drink, go out to eat!! Evening meal dreadful, worst steak I have ever had and at £32!! drink costs extortionate!!

Lovely hotel and staff. Very cosy social area with a pool table, darts, shuffle board, and a vintage arcade machine. Rooms are spacious and a large TV (although difficult to use with limited channels). Lovely clean walk-in shower, and had a small gym near to the room. Only downside is parking is expensive, it would have worked out to £20 just to park for an overnight stay. Luckily, an NCP car park is nearby which was only £3.95 for 24 hours. Although, beware this is a very rough terrained car park with limited space.

We really enjoyed our one night stay with breakfast. The car park could be bigger and cheaper so gave 4* for location

Room was lovely and quiet with very hard working but polite staff checking me in and out and also same staff serving the food. Slight issue with no power to the room however I didn't notice it until the morning and it didn't impact on my stay and when reported the staff were keen to get someone to fix it immediately although that wasn't necessary.

Good view if you choose a deluxe room , decent rooms, not very spacious, could be a bit easy on charging 2 quids for every bottle of water each day since these things tend to be free back in my country, that's developing still honestly so I'd expect better service here. Their complimentary breakfast ( English breakfast) tends to have the same menu everyday, so if you plan to stay for long, it's gonna get a bit repetitive/boring. Good fresh food tho, so can't complain. Staff is quite friendly.. Would be a good choice for a short stay :)

Great hotel - lovely vibe to it Breakfast was good but a little highly priced at £18 Small car park but there is an overflow car park but you need to ticket your car from 8am which is a bit of a mare if you have a late night! Bar prices were really high even for a hotel bar outside of London

Nice hotel with a unique feel to it. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The parking situation was confusing although there is a map available at reception to another car park nearby. The staff were friendly. There is a great grocery shop opposite. The town centre can be walked to.
