This place is so nice. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful. I came here with my partner to paint, and we both just sat down focussed for about 3 hours barely speaking as we were so concentrated lol! We had a milkshake which was quite nice, and then all the cakes and treats looked yummy so perhaps I'll try them next time. Well worth the money, £3 to paint and then the price of your item. We spent about £15 painting and got hours of fun from it.

Really lovely cafe, the milkshakes were so tasty! There was a lot of pottery to choose from too at reasonable prices. Spent a couple of hours here and really enjoyed our visit!

I attended an evening workshop with my friend. It was Alice in Wonderland themed. We had a fabulous time. The activities were well organised. Food was lovely, especially the chocolate brownie. The event was well timed. Instructions were good and staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I also thought it was exceptional value for money. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love it here, a wonderful café where you can just escape the mundane things and just relax and get your creative fill. I always have a wonderful time here and always aim to introduce this place to friends.

A lovely pottery shop. We love to come here, it’s a great place to meet up with friends, paint some ceramics, have some tea, lunch, hot chocolate etc. A great crafty thing to do with the children. Our last visit we went with a 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, 5 year old and 6 year old and the adults painted something too so it’s fun for all ages.

Always great fun. However, with painting then adding in lunch and cake, it can get very expensive very quickly.

Visited Pennikitty cafe last week. Booked an appointment. My daughter enjoyed it very much. 2 hours went by so quickly. The food from cafe was really good. Definitely recommend it to all.

I wonderful place for making memories and keep sakes. On the pricey side so not necessarily something you would do on the regular. More of a special treat. I was overcharged on my visit but was all squared up when I went to collect our creations.

My daughter went here for a friends birthday event. Very easy to get to, in the heart of Ipswich. They host individual and party events for pottery painting. Business is situated over two floors and very busy👌

I absolutely love coming here with my partner, getting a coffee and cake whilst panting something. The whole environment is very chilled out and relaxing, the owners always super friendly and helpful. It’s also helped me get a lot better at painting hopefully I’ll keep getting better!

Been here a couple of times, once as a get together for the bride to be and her bridesmaids. Lots of fun and reasonable prices. The quality of paints and brushes are good and the pieces change so you can usually find something new every time you go in. Lovely atmosphere, you don't feel rushed at all and they do good food and drinks for while you are painting. Painted a family clock while I was there and it's been hanging up in our house for over a year.

My daughter and I have been to Pennikkity Pots a couple of times before and she's always loved it. Last Saturday, my daughter had her birthday party there - It is such a nice setting - Very cosy, and well organised. The kids enjoyed the birthday party. Pizzas, cupcakes and drinks were served after the painting activity. Thank you to Penny, Lenny and Kelsey for making my daughter's birthday party a lovely one.

Ipswich's lovely little ceramic cafe. Beautiful and cheery place to sit and paint and e joy some fresh food and cakes. All food is prepared fresh and the cakes come in from a local cake maker usually. The studio is beautiful and colourful. Staff are lovely and very helpful. It's a great place to bring children and they also run birthday parties and sell " take home kits" so you can paint at home, this is a great idea for a gift. They are very covid safe and when they can't open, you can still order a take home kit and they will fire it and deliver it back to you.

Great place to go! Our little girl loved it. Will be returning withour child for some "me" time. My only quibble would be the akwardness of food and drink ordering, no clear outline of the protocol.

We had the 'Artynoon Tea' at Pennikkity pots last saturday and I couldn't rate it higher. The cost was £20 for a full afternoon tea with unlimited drinks (choices of tea, coffee, milk shakes, juice) and this also included a keepsake to paint (like a coaster) and the studio fee. Or you could pay 15 pounds plus a ceramic of your choice. I chose a £6 egg cup so the whole thing only came to 21 pounds. The food was delicious, everything was fresh and our host was kind enough to ask us before making the sandwiches if there was anything we really disliked and didn't want included. I would definitely go back, it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon and great value for money. The staff were all lovely too

It's quite a nice place to relax with a drink and paint. I haven't done it before so I don't know if they are pricey or not but the staff are nice and explained what we had to do and spent way longer than I thought I'd be. Just on thing I'll say is get there early so you can take your time.
