Always takes really long getting through this. Despite being the only ones in the queue the girl dithered taking our order and after taking our money she started putting crockery away instead of getting our coffees. I said I’ll sit down and come back for them, to which she said she’d bring them over
Just been through the drive through at this Costa and wanted to comment that the lady who took our order and the guy who gave us our order were so friendly and provided an excellent service. Lovely to see this time of year when things can be so busy!
Good Costa at Martlesham, always get the orders right, always good happy service and they seem to follow procedures well for alternative milks and cooking vegan options. Glad it's just down the road, loving this BOSH collaboration for Veganuary!

Drove through on Sunday 5th Nov at 9am and the girls at the drive through window were so lovely, super friendly and chatting to our daughter. Such a nice start to the day.
