Had a coffee and a latte and sat outside in the sunshine. A little bit windy but it's ok. It was clean. It was tidy. There was food still on the table ,still with cups and sauces on outside. It was nice selection of food and drink inside coffee's tea. Lots of fresh cakes and other sorts of food. good experience. The toilets clean and tide , overall quite good , the staff are really helpful and really nice, drive through. Looked busy. Will go back for another coffee soon

Very helpful new to their app, and he helped us. It was nice and relaxing in their. Also, I used my birthday treat, and boy their was a lovely choice of cakes, and my wife enjoyed our treat.

Visited with my husband for coffee and cake whilst visiting ipswich , very busy popular costa but couldnt fault the service and the friendly staff , very efficient clearing tables promptly and working together as a team effort , polite gentleman serving, the manager assisting with the hot drinks , nothing was to much trouble , nice atmosphere will definitely visit again.there is a nice seating area outside also .

Really clean and well looked after Costa, and the staff were friendly, efficient and cared about their customers.
Love coming here to unwind with my family and friends with a cuppa or Skinny Latte or something to eat. It also now has a Drive thru so it is more accessible than ever. I highly recommend Costa to everyone for a great atmosphere, surroundings and excellent customer service.

Costa often has good coffee, and it isn't too bad here. The service is always good and staff are friendly. The site is comfortable, and the toilets always feel clean. The only thing is that food can often be a little hit or miss at costas and it can be a little expensive if your on a tight budget.

Very busy and good atmosphere. However, It would be better if they could say we can extend the free car park if we are their customers. We didn’t know we have to give our registration number on arrival and now we’ve got a ticket!

Always full this place, this says a lot. Price is on the margings of being too high for the quality, but altogether good.
So lovely to begin to feel like normal. Staff were friendly and helpful serving people as quickly as possible. Any wait was worth it for that first sip of Chai Latte. Thank you.
I go to a few Costas and this is by far the best. The staff are really friendly and they are always coming up with new ideas for the Costa Foundation. The atmosphere is very relaxed wether to read a book, work or catch up with friends. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

The service and atmosphere was nice and calm. Just looks run down. Hope the upgrade is good. The loos were foul. smelling of pee.. The cost is set by the franchise so no comment. Some staff were lovely. Other just a smile. Still a nice atmosphere. Loads of regular customer satisfaction too.
A good Costa as it goes. Loads of car parking. Can get a bit crowded at times as it's so popular.
Lots of food venues on the park so a good place to eat and shop.
