This Starbucks is one of the best in irvine area. Great Coffee and Atmosphere. Close to freeway, and located is nice shopping center.

Starbucks has recipes and mixes they follow. There is always the human factor that plays a role. The difference between good (average) and exceptional is the human factor and this Starbucks is exceptional due to the team.
In addition considering this is a tough parking lot there is plenty of parking options and absolutely worth it.

Would of been a great day for business for Starbucks! I’ve had friends who worked while in a hurricane 🌀 but not on a rainy day ? & workers were sitting down…Overall had to run to north Italian and their expressly coffee ☕️ was only $4.50 glad I went coffee was good and new experience.

My go to location when in the Irvine area for work. It's a brisk walk to get over to this one but it's great to get out and get some steps in! You can always order ahead on the app if you need it in a hurry. Otherwise, note that this location is ALWAYS busy, so it's likely to be a line and a wait. It's in the middle of a busy shopping / restaurant area, and close by to several business buildings.
The staff is always friendly and quick to move your drink along. My drinks are always correct here, no issues there. They have a clean location with limited inside seating and few more seats on the patio area. They have a large selection of merch is you want a reusable tumbler or ground coffee.
