Had an amazing time and my American friends loved experiencing Persian food for first time. Thanks to great customer service and Hospitality they were so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to provide us the best service and quality food

Had the BEST gyro ever delivered. It will always be my favorite now, and their hummus and sides are so good. We ordered late and we were in Laguna beach. Quick service. 100 PERCENT. Delicious. Thank you 🙏🏻

You get great food, my personal favorite is kale Pache, but all of their foods are delicious. Very fast service.

Went to Hen house Grill after watching Oppenheimer movie. Only halal place open that late. To my surprise it was crowded mostly people getting ToGo. Taste wise it was really good. Portion was also big. One liner decent halal Mediterranean food especially for late night munchers

Loved my three price rotisserie chicken and rice. The service was good. The atmosphere is pretty plain but there is a nice outdoor dining area nearby. Nice little Persian ice cream shop nearby as well.

I’ve been going to this place for over a decade now when they’re at a different location, quality of the food is good as always, it’s like kababi( small restaurants for quick food In Iran! Koobideh is number one hitter but kale pache will surprise you as much!

I have been driving all the way from San Diego to Irvine, just to have Hen House kale pache for many years now. I love their excellent, warm, friendly staff. They make me feel welcomed each time.
I have tried all the items in their menu for all these years. It's just getting better and better 😋

While The Hen Grill may not have an extravagant ambiance, it makes up for it with its warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and more than willing to guide you through the menu, making your dining experience all the more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re dining with family, surrounded by the comforting aromas of Persian spices and the sound of lively conversations.
Whether you’re a fan of Persian cuisine or new to it, The Hen Grill is a must-visit. It may lack the glitz and glamour of upscale restaurants, but it more than compensates with its exceptional food and genuine hospitality. The passion and love that goes into each dish are evident, leaving you with a memorable dining experience that will keep you coming back for more.
So, if you’re in Irvine and craving authentic Persian flavors, head over to The Hen Grill. Indulge in their mouthwatering koobideh with freshly baked bread, savor the hearty dizi, and let the warm atmosphere and friendly staff transport you to the heart of Iran. You won’t be disappointed!

Hen House Grill is amazing place for me to eat really good halal meat! The kebab is well done and the servant is especially generous and kind for giving me free tea! Would definitely recommend this place over any pizza or sushi!

We tried this Iranian restaurant and we were not disappointed at all. Everything tasted fresh and looked healthy. The three downsides of this place is how expensive it was for the quantity of the dishes, the waiting time and the lack of choices for vegan/vegetarian. You receive lots of rice and bread but the main dish is quite small for the price you pay for. Also the restaurant works more like a fast-food so it doesn’t worth what you pay for the non existent service. Don’t eat in this place if you are in a rush. This place looked authentic with lots of Persians eating there. If you want to eat something else than your normal Mediterranean and falafel I truly suggest you this place.
