I was in a hurry to get some breakfast to my brothers and sisters on the picket line in front of the Hilton Irvine. I was able to get in and out, even with the size of my order, and still got the food to everyone piping hot. Service was amazing!

Salvador is so sweet! I believe he is the manager. Anyway, I ordered food at the drive thru and was told to park. I parked and waited 15 minutes but nobody came out with my food. I went inside and come to find out my order either wasn’t ready or had been given to someone else. Either way Salvador took care of me. He issued my refund and gave me gift cards for the inconvenience. Now that’s how you do business!

I go there every other Friday with my granddaughter for ice cream and a happy meal. They never have the caramel sundaes and have to substitute the fudge instead. We have a good time together there.

Let’s not dwell on the food shall we, it’s a McDonalds after all. This was recently remodeled so it has a very clean and modern interior, with ordering kiosks but they still take manual orders if you crave the human interaction. The bathrooms are similarly modern and pretty clean, no paper towels air dryer all the way. They have a variety of seating but one nice feature is at the bar seating they have outlets so if you need to charge or work on your laptop you have the power. Good place for a short stop to do some work.

FAST FOOD!! I ordered two mcribs and a gentleman before for me got in and out quick less than 4> minutes and food is HOT unlike other places that normally pull cold food with this type of speed. Clean and nice ambient lighting( only take out and dine in review).
