I've been away down here for the weekend and got battered sausage and chips today and yesterday. The food is very nice and great quality. Alongside that, the staff are lovely and very welcoming. I would recommend this place 100% 🙂
Stopped here last Saturday, food was cooked fresh(cod and chips), batter was light and crispy, cod was cooked to perfection, chip portion was a good size . Staff very friendly and had some banter going with what I assume to be regular customers. Sat and ate our meals in the country park overlooking
Staff very friendly, food freshly cooked nice and hot and nice portions. The quarter pounder with fried onions and ketchup was AMAZING.thought I was in heaven. Glad o drove up to grain from strood to try it….yum yum

Ossie's are under new management the food is sooo much better now we live in the village and before was always a last result but now under new management they are doing a fantastic job great food cooked well takes a bit of time so be prepared to wait especially on busy fish days it's a welcome boost

Cooked to order and worth the wait , delicious chips , battered sausage , haddock and curry sauce . Some indoor seating in the chip shop but we walked down to the coastal park and enjoyed it in the sun.
