A proper pub with a lively atmosphere, even midweek out of the school holiday period. And, fully dog friendly.
Beer was Pride or Sea Fury, the Fury was very drinkable.

Very pleasant evening had. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the food was homely, limited choice but something for everyone's taste. Homely pub grub. They even have a pizza van outside for customers to sit drink outside and enjoy a pizza.

Stayed in Our Motorhome over night for 2 nights at this pub, is on Searchforsites did phone ahead but no answer so just took chance and made most welcome, Already couple of other vans there. Food was absolutely fantastic. Nice garden which backs onto Chesil Beach.

We asked Mark the relatively new landlord if we could Motorhome stopover in the carpark, he was very hospitable & welcoming, we sat in beer garden which has direct access to Chesil beach, we also had few games of pool, there is a dartboard and a wooden skittle lane inside the pub, great little pub p

Popped into the Little Ship for a meal on Saturday, 29th April. Loved the food, I had steak and chips and my wife had mac cheese. Great atmosphere and brilliant live music, thoroughly recommended!
