The food was divine! We couldn’t decide between crispy chicken or Bbq pork so we tried both. What a treat, they served large portions of freshly prepared, delicious, authentic food. We will be back 😃
We moved to the area 2 months ago and have visited this place at least once a week since as well taking family and visitors. Can't recommend it enough, the food is fresh and sooooo tasty! Staff didn't take long to recognise us and now feels like home.
Three of us went here on Friday night. The food was amazing. The prawn toasts were the best I've had anywhere and the pad Thai was delicious. Service was great - can highly recommend this place!
The pork soup was absolutely amazing! It's always busy here so definitely make a reservation. Small restaurant but we'll worth it! Service was quick and they were very friendly. Seriously the best Japanese I've had in London. 100% recommend it. So glad it's walking distance �
Went there today with my son as my daughter was at a workshop around the corner and oh my God the flavour! I don’t live locally but I’m thinking of coming back just to eat more at this place!!!

New to Isleworth, I was recommended Hei Hing by a friend and had my first visit there this week... it most certainly will not be my last! The food was fresh and delicious and the staff welcoming and friendly.
Visited for the first time tonight after reading superb reviews. The food & service definitely lived up to the great reputation. All of our food was great but the Tom yum seafood soup was absolutely delicious! Everything freshly made & made to feel really welcome by the staff. Really pleased to have such a great find on our doorstop!

Such a lovely, family run restaurant. Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere and exceptional service from the staff.
This is a lovely, local chinese restaurant which serves various dishes. For starters, we got the har gau which stuck to the paper which was sad, I urge the restaurant to use different paper in the basket but it was still nice. We got sesame prawn toast which was fantastic, as was the calamari and vegetable spring rolls. The fried vegetable tempura is also good. For the main we got the beef chow kway teow which was fantastic, so flavourful. We also got the prawn Malaysian curry which was my personally favourite. Service was amazing and so was the ambience. Our bill totalled roughly £60 and I would definitely recommend visiting.
This place never disappoints! The owner is so lovely and friendly! The two waitresses also had perfect customer service which felt very genuine and friendly! Then as always the food is perfect - very affordable and huge portion sizes! Altogether the best restaurant in the area!
Very friendly staff & good service. The food was delicious - everything tasted very fresh and the portion size was really good. The only improvement is that I could have had my noodles more spicy as they were listed as 'hot' on the menu, but I couldn't detect any spice.
An interesting menu with things that are sometimes a bit more tricky to find in an Asian restaurant. Would definitely recommend!
Great food, feels like back to Asia! Highly recommend Beef Ho Fan (干炒牛河), Taiwanese beef noodle (台灣牛肉麵) and 炒貴刁 as they taste the same as in Asia.
Staff very friendly & patient - they explained the bubble tea menu to my young children.

Good variety of different Asian dishes. Everything we ate was delicious and the service was great.
The food is amazing, always very tasty and lunchtime menu changes throughout the week to give lots of variety.
Great service and friendly staff that take the time to get to know your name once you’re a “regular”…after one visit you will be coming back time and time again! Portion sizes are very good too, and reasonable priced.

You can always rely on Hei Hing for good value quality food with a welcoming service. It's really a hub of the area and feels part of the community as well as just a restaurant. Welcoming to all. Would recommend.

Hei Hing is absolutely fantastic. This is a family run business which provides outstanding service and delicious food in Isleworth. My friend (who has been here many times and "loves it) and I really enjoyed the entire dining experience. I noticed other customers were very friendly with the owners and the staff - and it felt like a true neighbourhood restaurant where people enjoy themselves. As an expat living in the UK, I think the food is better here [at Hei Hing] than any I had in either New York City or Washington DC's Chinatown. Highly recommend this quaint good vibe eatery.
Beautiful food. Really helpful and friendly staff. Visited Friday 18th November and we have already booked in for our next visit 26th. Staff seemed so happy and like they loved being there. Highly highly recommend the Korean chicken bites and the Beef Hor Fun.
A small (25 covers I counted) family run eating place with a fine range of noodle, rice and other dishes. The portion size appeared slightly smaller than pre pandemic but the quality was good. Service was swift and attentive. They were doing a brisk business in takeaways when I was there and being a small place it is noticeable with people frequently in and out.
