We just popped in for an appetiser and a glass of wine, before heading elsewhere for dinner.
We ordered fresh oysters in ponzu sauce, and they were excellent.
A glass of nice Chardonnay washed them down nicely.
If it wasn't for pieces of shell that we had to fish back out of our mouth it would've been five star experience.
Service was timely and attentive. Having said that, if you are not keen on your glass being constantly re-filled, a bit too attentive. But, we found that in quite a few eateries on Jersey cultivate that old school kind of service - probably planty of clientele who like being constantly attended to.

What a fantastic meal!! The restaurant is gorgeous and the service outstanding. It was a little expensive but well worth it for a holiday treat. Would definitely go back when we return to Jersey

We were invited by the always charming owner Martin to visit his newly refurbished restaurant called Vittoria....we were astonished by the magnificent décor and glorious decadence of the place....it reminded us of the wonderful “La Grenouille” restaurant in New York.....what a beautiful plush place to wine & dine....currently our favorite to meet friends for dinner for an ultra special & comfortable evening....well done Martin & the team for the amazing service and your warm care and service!!! We will be back very soon x
