Speedy service, I was working in the area and all the other fast food chains had giant ques! With KFC I was through the drive thru and done in less than 10 minute. Much better than when I'd visited this KFC in the past.

Nice crispy hash brown that crumbles into your mouth as you take the first bite and greeted with an outburst of supercharger, cool mayo and BBQ sauce. In an already difficult time for your taste buds to take in such an emotional experience you're then hit with the jalapeño which turns it into more then just any old burger. Texture and sauce remains consistent to the final bite. Will prob buy another one now, beat burger I've had from kfc

from wales came to Keighley for a visit and the service i got here was the BEST! a girl named Ikra was on point! Very lovely and a big smile on her face! She should have a pay rise for being so lovely. She made my day. Havent seen anyone else like her tbh. Well done Ikra.

KFC franchises can vary from place to place but this one was great. Quick service on a rainy day and a really tasty wrap. I don't know what it is about the KFC self-service machines though, but wherever you go there seems to be one out of order or they crash during the ordering. This place was no exception so maybe the Colonel needs to get a secret blend of IT and programming help to go with his spice mix.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. The tables, floor and toilet were clean. Two of my three pieces of chicken were a bit dry.... presumably they'd been sitting in the warming cabinet a bit too long. Still tasty. Overall, good value for money.

A great little find. The restaurant use a secret blend of 12 herbs and spices to coat their chicken.
Chicken comes in two varieties, original, using the 11 herbs and spices and then zinger, which is a spicy version. Zinger is truly excellent, as is original however my personal preference is towards zinger
There's a number of ways to have the chicken, you can have it on the bone, you can have it as chicken wings, you can have it boneless, you can have it in a wrap, you can have it in a ricebox, you can have it in a burger (with hash browns, cheese, salsa, lettuce and mayo), there's even something called popcorn chicken which is a great option for little ones.
There's also sides as well such as french fries, gravy (to die for), bakes beans, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
The drink selection is also great, the iced tea was a personal favourite.
Just a shame you can't get a good beer to complement the excellent chicken.

Clear disregard for health and safety. Man handling food had hair net around chin but not over beard. I asked the female serving me why he had it on but not covering his beard (the whole point of it). She said oh it's too small to cover his beard. I pointed out that he should wear a larger size to which she stated oh it's head office they only send one size! The man handling food next to him was of a similar appearance and he had no problem wearing his over his beard. The contamination of any food served through germs is a disgusting thought but no apology was even offered. I asked myself what is the point of even mentioning it as they clearly don't take health and safety legislation seriously so instead I will air my views here!

How is this place even open still? Useless staff, awful attitude, rude, pure slack, especially the girl with the headscarf, late teens on at 16:45 Sunday 26.03.17. Tables piled high in food. Bins were overflowing outside. Greasy, flavourless food, the discoloured chips were the highlight � this place needs new staff that actually care about the food place. I can really see this place shutting down soon.
After reading all the other reviews it's obvious I'm not the only person who feels this way. I will take this further as the hygiene rating should be at 1* at a push. It's bad that people are still getting served this garbage everyday. I've been to many KFC's and never had this problem.

Waited 15 mins at drive through order point, then waited 30mins in carpark for meal to come when told id have a 10mins wait, drive through had 8 cars waiting. Duno how it has custom. Deffo needs to improve on faster service

I come here once every month or so with a young autistic boy. Today we went in but unfortunately the poor lad was quite impressively sick all over the floor and counter making quite an awful mess. As I patted his back and eased him to the bathroom the staff were nothing but calm and courteous! Whilst I apologised profusely to the member of staff that had magically appeared with cleaning supplies she reassured me that it was absolutely fine,not to worry and that she hoped he felt better soon. Thankyou!

We stopped on route to have chicken portions, fillet sandwich and fries. The food tasted different to our local KFC the coating was less spicey but we all preferred it. Fries were tasty and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the place was relatively clean and tidy.

I have been violently ill after eating an uncooked burger here tonight, I had the fillet tower burger meal and there was juice squirting out of the chicken when I bit into it. Only to be told by the “manager” who isn’t actually the manager “I’ve logged your complaint mam, the next time you com you can have free food.” The girl I was speaking to them told me she’s not the manager but the training manager called Shadzadi. “Come tomorrow, come tomorrow” she said. I attempted to explain the degree of severity of this, until she hung up the phone then wouldn’t answer, then eventually did when I wouldn’t stop calling to tell me the line got disconnected. What planet are these people on? Trading standards and environmental health a quick call tomorrow. Potentially the newspapers too- LIVID! I’m going to be speaking to head office tomorrow because this is completely outrageous! Unhelpful staff who didn’t understand the degree of how serious this is, was reluctant to give out any information, and so rude! This place seriously needs shutting down ASAP. How disgusting.
