Was happy they brought back the Mexican pizza, till I bought two.
Maybe when the employees are trained to prepare food they. Should be taught accuracy before speed.
Presentation of food should be taught.

Horribly long wait. Overpriced food, always cold or stale. I’ve machine never works, drinks always flat. Multiple times over the last few months I have tried to go to this Taco Bell only to be severely disappointed. The drive through wait for just 3 cars, has on multiple occasions been over 30 minutes. One time even reaching 48 minutes blocked in at the ordering menu, continuously being ignored. The employees don’t care, apologize or sympathize with the customer at all. I get once maybe, having a slow staff or busy day but every few weeks I try to come back and see if it has improved and it seems to be worse each time. Taco Bell was my favorite fast food option for a long time, but recently I am severely underwhelmed by the service and quality of food being given out for such high prices. 0/5

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very clean place!! Great and quick place to stop and eat!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!! It was very nicely decorated as well!! I highly recommend it, most definitely a place to come back to!!

The two ladies that worked the window were awesome super funny and so nice. They just seemed like they loved there job and made us feel important. Best experience at taco bell in a long time. I wish we lived nearby it would be the only taco bell I would go to. Awsome work

After ordering two meals, and getting up to the window, we were handed drinks with no ice. I asked if they were out of ice. He said yes....well, actually no, our ice machine is broken, and is due to be fixed this afternoon. Drinks were not cold at all!!!!! Food was still Taco Bell food....

Literally the worst Taco Bell. Almost every time I go my order is wrong. I went tonight and made the fatal mistake of not checking my bag, get home and see my cheesy gordita crunch was actually just a hard taco. Normally I wouldn't complain but I hate hard tacos and that's a pretty big price difference. Tried calling multiple times in the last hour and the phone has been busy the entire time which leads me to believe it's off the hook. In previous trips trying to correct orders the manager has always been super combative and made it seem like it was my fault that the order was wrong. After tonight I will no longer be going there.

The wait at this taco bell can be ridiculous. Also, make sure they have your order correct and hot. Last couple times I've been here, it's been cold and I end up throwing it out because it's disgusting. Why don't I go back? Because I just wait 20 minutes in a line to get the food. I don't believe I'll be back at this taco bell again. Good thing there are 2 locations in town.
