Cozy nice Indian restaurant with great vegetarian options. Tasty food with generous portions. The staff is attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back.
Fantastic food tonight, best curry I have had in a long time and I eat a lot of curry πŸ™‚ Chicken tikka Naaga was outstanding and the Chicken tikka afghani amazing. Both very tasty and lots of spice. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back next time we visit Kendal ❀
Nice flavours, not over hot but tasty. Friendly service. Main floor was packed at 830pm on a Thursday so clearly a popular restaurant
Quite simply the best Indian outside of Manchester! So much flavour and the best service!

Enjoyed our meal here staff very friendly food excellent. πŸ‘ modern feel to the place not over crowded. Prices for food reasonable but found the wine a bit over priced!! 😏 As why only 4* but overall very good. πŸΎπŸ˜‰

Excellent food, very tasty, with a good vegetarian selection. We loved the spinach and aubergine dishes. The mushroom rice was especially outstanding with a lot of amazing flavours and obviously fresh ingredients. You know a place is good when that much effort goes into even the sundries!
We’ve been going for a while now and can recommend the Jheel as the best Indian restaurant we’ve found in the Lakes. The onion bhaji and prawn puri are smashing. Portions are generous and there’s a good range of vegetarian sides alongside the usual dishes. I hope they continue to go from strength to
