Called in for food, which was good quality and really good value. The staff were excellent, and very welcoming. We'll be back.
Spent three nights here, lovely room, owners and staff really nice, nice bar area and great food served in busy restaurant, highly recommend.
New Years day out with family.... We've been here a few times as a family over the years and Absolutely love it... It's become our favourite place for new years day!!! Great meal at the Punchbowl, it was our first visit. Great service, great food, pleasant atmosphere, good size car park. It was lunch time when we visited. Ideal to pop in for lunch, not far from Kendal, we'll worth a visit.

Evening meal out - this place has a small menu compared to some....however....the meals were really substantial and totally delicious.....lambs liver melted in the mouth, gammon thick, lean and tasty and home made steak pies !!!!! Lovely atmosphere and staff so friendly.....a real gem.m
