Wow...we went for an evening meal and enjoyed the food that much we went back for a 2nd night. The staff were really friendly and the pub itself is really nice. We sat in an outside booth and took advantage of the fire pit which is a great idea. Would 100% recommend this place.
Lovely food, amazing onion gravy. Good value for the food especially the sides. Drinks are also very affordable. The music were nostalgic 2000s bops and I was loving it.
A pleasant visit, food was good though selection was quite limited, service was excellent , all in all enjoyed our visit
Staff night out lots of meals sides ect sat upstairs in the newly renovated area stunning food was superb staff very accommodating and unbelievable value for money was nice to see a lively pub on a Monday evening quiz downstairs and folk band upstairs. Definitely be back

We had a really lovely meal here this week sat by a cosy log fire. The service was good and we would definitely return when next in the Lake District.

Can honestly say this place deserves every star. Me and my family sat outside with the fire and everything was clean and spacious. The staff were brilliant, always there to ask if we needed anything and were very polite. The food was fairly prices considering the portions and quality of the food. The drinks were also lovely. I highly recommend you stop by if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!
Really nice pub, nice beer garden, really nice staff, very clean, had the Sunday Roast, very nice only 1 pick, the Yorkshire pudding wasn’t home made, the rest was lovely, dog friendly, car park, definitely visit again.
