The best Ice cream in the lakes, I visit the factory in Kendal occasionally for delivery’s and Simon who works in the warehouse and operates the fork lift is a great lad, always happy no matter what the weather, the same goes for the rest of the employees and owners of this fantastic Ice cream factory. Highly recommended.
They are great people to work with. Very helpful with starting my (first) business. The delivery man is very helpful and always brings the ice cream to where it needs to be, he is very kind and always ready to help. Not once have I had a customer complain about the ice cream and all I get is people coming back to tell me it is the best ice cream they’ve ever had, which is great to hear. Reasonably priced especially considering the quality. This is not any old ice cream, but the best of the best. Look forward to growing my business alongside them. The range of products is great as well. Typically, people with lactose intolerances (such as my brother) can’t have traditional ice cream, so it is great being able to present the amazing vegan range so they don’t have to miss out while everyone else has one. It would be great if they offered tours of the factory to see what goes in the making of this great ice cream!
Best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life! And I have eaten easily 1000 ice cream in different continents.
Haven't visited the production facilities, but have tasted the Rum n Raisin flavour ice cream. It was delicious and creamy, but lacked a distinct rum flavour, so, a bit disappointing
Their customer service is second to none, also their Icecream is consistently excellent quality, been buying from English Lakes for my business for 5 years now, and I can't recommend them enough.
