They are great people to work with. Very helpful with starting my (first) business. The delivery man is very helpful and always brings the ice cream to where it needs to be, he is very kind and always ready to help. Not once have I had a customer complain about the ice cream and all I get is people
Best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life! And I have eaten easily 1000 ice cream in different continents.
Haven't visited the production facilities, but have tasted the Rum n Raisin flavour ice cream. It was delicious and creamy, but lacked a distinct rum flavour, so, a bit disappointing
Their customer service is second to none, also their Icecream is consistently excellent quality, been buying from English Lakes for my business for 5 years now, and I can't recommend them enough.
