Ring O Bells Kendal - Kendal - Photo album

What a wonderful pub, warm welcome and a fantastic selection of cask beers. The pint of Aurum I ordered was possibly the best pint I’ve ever had.
We were staying overnight in Kendal after a long drive from North is Scotland - we were walking past and checked the menu and decided to stop for dinner. The service is lovely, landlord very friendly, Molly the dog super cute! The food was freshly cooked, nicely presented and so keenly priced that I
Food all done in house and is stupidly good for the price, atmosphere incredibly friendly and a good range of local ales served in some nice glassware
Friendly staff great food. Went in because it was raining and delighted we did! Staff were wonderful and we really enjoy our visit. Highly recommend it.
Excellent food, fantastic and friendly customer service, great range of local ales, very reasonable prices. A real fire on chilly days if needed and a good outdoor seating area on those lovely sunny days. A traditional old classic pub with a wonderful history and full of character.
Fantastic pub with great home made food, cozy and superb staff. The owner is very friendly and sociable. I had the gammon and my friend had a chicken roast, both delicious.
Visited here in early June and had fish & chips. Lovely with the unique twists of wedges, salad, and slaw. Enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area to enjoy the sun. Staff were very pleasant also.
Old school pub serving great beer. Came here following a long run and in need of a cold pint. The Ring O Bells was the perfect spot - an excellent selection, clearly well kept cellar, and friendly service. The seats outside are a sun trap too!
We visited 19/2/22 Nice little pub full of olde world charm, with a warmth of character from the building and from the friendly landlords from Manchester. They've been running the pub since December 2021 and only started serving food in the last couple of weeks, very tasty and very well presented to
After a hectic day, all we wanted was some good food and nice beer, and that’s exactly what we got, and some more! The service was friendly and welcoming and the range of craft beers were spot on! And so well priced!
Didn't have food do can't rate. Really quirky little place. The only church/ cathedral to boast its own pub.
Monday 28th August 2023 This pub was visited This fantastic ale house not only served 6 excellent ales, but it also is an unspoilt gem with quaint little rooms and a serving take out hatch by the door still intact The real ales on mostly beautiful ales from the lake District areas The landlord keeps
Didn't dine so can't comment. Great pub reasonably priced beers lovely atmosphere friendly staff.
Great local traditional pub. Friendly staff and fresh food. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. It’s cooked fresh there and then. Highly recommend for pub food in Kendal.
Great pub great owners great location! Heart of Kendal, on a nice corner street :) the owners are absolutely lovely people and really want to make the experience good for you. They managed to accommodate a group of 30 of us at a last minute notice and kept the pub open for an extra hour and a half f
Two young lads really trying hard we had a nice meal and a good time, the only slight negative is the decoration. Lol I’m sure they will sort it. Wish them well.
Lovely little pub, welcoming with some local characters. It's not a modern pub but what it lacks in modern furnishings it makes up with a friendly atmosphere Didn't have any food
