What a lovely little cafe this is, perfect if your on a long journey, as it is a simple turn off from the motorway. All the ingredients are very high quality, has to be one of the nicest breakfast baps I've ever had. Went all down an absolute treat along with the lovely fresh Latte. Would highly r
Called in here on our way back home from Windermere. The food was amazing, had a large breakfast, good amount and good quality. One member of staff was great (dark hair) the other was a very moody mare (blonde hair) and rude to all our party.
Great customer service, ordered two hot drinks, good price for the size. Would definitely recommend
The staff were really friendly and helpful when I called in for a salad. The chef made me a delicious chicken salad with ingredients such as pickled radish (a revelation!) and super fresh salad veg. It's by 1818 auctioneers off the M6 at Crooklands. Well worth a stop as an alternative to service sta
A good cafe well run, had lunch a couple of times, I will again
Nice coffee and cake. Seems an unlikely place for a café like this but seems to be popular with farmers using the nearby auction.
Nice food despite the rural smell of the auction 🤣
Ham and eggs very good portion. Chips could have been hotter. As it is part of the animal auction building it does smell a bit. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Next to motorway junction.
Good spot for starting a car rally. Bacon butties in the morning were great, and the scone that I had later. Staff and parking excellent. Pity I got lost on the rally but that's another story.
Such a lovely place to meet up. So handy as just off the M6. Not just for auction use. Service is always lovely too 😊
Stopped for a coffee on my way to Lancaster, to begin with I thought it was expensive @ 5.70 but it was a large latte and actually very tasty. Have to say the staff were a little bit offish when serving me
The important bit, the food, is great. Really tasty, good portions and well priced. The room itself is a bit bare bones, but for a spot that can get used by a load of people coming to a livestock auction you can understand why it is what it is! Its also a good option to stop off at from the Motorway
Straight forward venue with nice food. It lacks character although the chairs and seating it's comfortable there is only two sofas in the corner it is obviously aimed at the functionality aspect of eating that being said the food was very good coffee was very nice the cake was a little bit on the dr
Had lunch. It was excellent. Speedy service. Staff very helpful and friendly. Go have a visit.
Handy M6 stop off during working day.
