Great Customer Service at this location. Dani and Daja were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating, helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in ensuring a great guest experience. Loved my smoothie as well as the opportunity to taste another flavor.
Great location, easy in and out, free parking, walk to Kent Station for Sounder or buses.

We went around lunch so it was pretty busy. I got the "Supreme green" or something like that didn't really like my order, but that's just personal preference.. I think I prefer emerald city to this, but I'm open to trying more drinks on their menu.
Edit Thanks for the response and I will visit again. I would also like to add that the staff is great and busted out drinks quickly and accurately despite it being fairly busy.

They were busy when we got here and there were only two persons making the smoothies and tending the cash registers. We waited awhile for our drink and it was worth it! I ordered a small smoothie, but the lady gave me a medium instead maybe because my daughter and I patiently waited. Thank you, Jamba Juice!

Quick, good, and appears clean. They do have 2 queues, one for ordering and 1 for pick up. Ordering is standard, but theres no clear place to wait for pick up so it can look quite hectic even at low volume. Would be 5 stars if they added a "Wait for order here!" sign so it isn't so disorienting.

Make sure they repeat what you ordered at least 3 times, or they may give you what ever they feel like making. I tend to not go to this location anyways for this reason but it had been about a year since my last visit and I was feeling for a smoothie on a hot summer day, Asked for a Orange-A-Peel which consists of Orange/Strawberry/Banana. What I received was a Razz-Ma-Tazz. Asked them what type of drink this was, and the employee said "its what you ordered".... what a joke.

Great customer service when the employees are out in the front. We personally have never had a problem but just now a nice gentalmen was waiting for a good 5 or so minutes for someone to come help him. Other then that it is a enjoyable experiance in a great location.

I give this place a high review because they were quick. It tastes kinda sweet tooth. I wish they let me make my own. That's my only suggestion. The staff is top notch.
