Togo's Great Sandwiches

I placed an online order and ordered the Roast Beef, Turkey and Cheddar 6 inch with pepper jack cheese added. Upon arrival I informed them that I was there for a pick up and was told it would be 4 more minutes. They then proceeded to take the orders of and make the sandwiches for 4 other people. 7 minutes goes by and I get my sandwich and head back to work. Sandwich had no pepper jack cheese. Bread was not fresh and very dry. Very skimpy on the meat. Not pleased but these things happen. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

On 3/3/2022 at 7pm went to this store. A young man was the only server behind the counter. Me and the customer in front of me talked about the mask mandate. The young man behind the counter seemed to be agitated. They left I stepped up to the counter and ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches. The young man went to the freezer started to pull out the pastrami meat. Then he put the meat back and turned around and said we don't make any hot sandwiches the last hour. I said oh really so you mean I am a few minutes to late. He said yes. I left with no food. I called corporate and found out that was not true and he was reprimanded. So was this young man just being lazy or was this a political thing?

Do not recommend at all! When I got home I noticed hair strands tangled in my food. Filed a complaint thru their website and they stated they do not have anyone by that description. Implying that all their workers must not have hair. Company did not want to take accountability and resolve the matter. Highly suggest taking business elsewhere unless you want to eat food with hair that isn’t yours.

Don't get your sandwich made from Ethan!! Came in and a bit of a line for one person to handle. There was an employee (Ethan) eating and having their lunch at one of the tables when I came in. After he saw the line he got up and went behind the counter and put cloves on. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC ETHAN DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. I REPEAT DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. Just the most basic food handlers rule to follow. In a pandemic totally unacceptable. Came again hoping to get someone else working and Ethan again! Was walking in from the back, gloves on. Already starts making my sandwich. Then rings me up and then goes back to making my food again without washing hands and changing cloves. Canceled order and he called manager manager offered to remake. I told him if he could make right by washing hands and changing gloves. He gave money back instead. Rather lose the owner money than wash his hands in a pandemic. Dirty dirty stay away.

Very disappointed with my order this time. My sons avocado was absolutely disgusting looking. I know that avocado turns brown eventually but this must of been out for a while without the fridge...they also didnt listen to our request for them to not add things and ended up putting hot peppers on my daughters. Just over all unsatisfied with togos this time round probably wont be ordering from here again any time soon.
