Jersey Mike's Subs

So, growing up in south Florida I always had amazing sub shops and upon moving to the northwest you can usually only find just okay corporate sub shops. Jersey mikes is just that, mediocre. The sub was kind of sad, not a lot of meat and pretty small for the $10 price tag on it. Directions weren’t followed and the wait was long. My husband and I both ordered cold subs and I have heard that their hot ones are where it’s at but I doubt we will be back to try it again.

I usually get the philly here and they are delish! I tried a new sandwich & it was ok. What I didn't like though was that I mistakenly called the wrong store to order ahead and the guy ask me to get out of line to call them to cancel and then he could help me. There was a big line behind me so I ask if I could just order now and I would call the other store as I wait. He seemed to have an attitude about it. The women who checked me out at the register more than made up for him though, she was very nice! Also, when I called the other store to cancel they didn't have an order either anyway.....

18119 E. Valley Highway South Suite 107, Kent, WA 98032, I like this location, The bread is huge and heathy, All employees were friendly. Today I came back after over one year Covid, my company closed. The employees are new, May be new owner too. I surprised for the guy pickup order that does not have the hearing Aid support his hearing at all, I told him 3rsr time, untilll fourth time, one gentleman behind try to say louder for his hearing very bad. he did not say sorry at all. The second lady repare for food, I told her put everything, but when I got home , when open does not see wet as before I bought, this time so dry, no pickle, ranch, vinegar.... Something change, so disappointed. Just only 5 star this time because the bread is still huge, fresh, and delicious. and the meat si the same taste before. For helping people without hearing Aid, May be owener need speaker to help customers do not yell too loud to order.
