Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love and hate that’s how I feel about this place!! Love the food but hate waiting on like to order but what I hate even more is getting my Mobil order and it’s cold as the fridge like I don’t know how it got so cold after it sitting for 15 min from order to pick up I was there and in under 15 min you chilled my hot meal but I love the food and chicken and shoot I have to come in and order in person and I hate that but I can’t have a cold plate bro!!

Love chipotle but this location struggles often. Inconsistent serving sizes. Staff has no urgency, if you do get someone who can move with any sort of hustle they are cold and seemingly annoyed that they are helping you. Lettuce was brown and wilted, soda fountain out of MULTIPLE drinks. The iced teas were almost completely empty.

Somehow this location always messes up my order. Either the rice is not totally cooked, or there was a big part of my food that had a huge amount of salt, or the protein was dry.. every single time, it's always something else. Definitely not a good experience when you're hungry and the third party delivery company already takes forever to deliver your food and the food isn't even good. Today, the bag had my name on it but there was someone else's order in it. Just how much can these people mess up your order? Lol

No napkins, no warmth and no burrito bowl. They literally sent me a container of guacamole and no burrito. My wife was starving hungry and waited for the food to be delivered only to be disappointed for the 2nd time. We have only ordered with chipotle through a delivery app twice and both times this location has screwed it up. Last time it was ice cold. No more chipotle deliveries for us. *Update 4/8/21* Tried them again. They screwed up again. Big shock. Ordered queso, guacamole and a burrito. Got some guacamole and whatever this is along with disgusting oil drenched chips. I’d give -10 stars if I could.
