Schlotzsky's Cinnabon

The food is delicious !!! The service was very friendly; dining area clean and modern. My only complaint would be the bread fell a bit short. The pretzel roll is the way to go so perhaps a good idea to substitute the bread if ordering the classic. It is a bit pricey .. a sandwich will run you about 9 bucks, this does not include a drink or chips.. add that and a cookie or Cinnabon you'll be at about 15 bucks a person. Would highly recommend

I visted store# 6355 ck# 20034 on May 26th, 2019 at 4:53 Food was flavorful, the bread does jab you when you bite into it like a sharp object. The only con was the 25 minute wait for a Angus and Cheese sandwich + a Pick2 item. They should rephrase their catch phrase to making you wait a Lotz. I started my order and the Cashier did not understand me on multiple questions, she also rang up the wrong item for my partner. Although my visit was mixed, I would visit again for the food.

Great food, horrible location, unprofessional manager, loud and vulgar guests. Use the drive-through! Update to the comment, I just went again, drive through today, but I saw the same group of kids that were hanging out at the store last time I went. No it wasn't busy during the first visit, there was us and a handful of other boys. I had my daughter and wife go out to the car to avoid them while I ordered. Great food, but yet again seems to be a hangout for those boys.
