Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online for carry out. The app glitches most of the time saying that the pizza is ready. When I come inside they say the pizza is still in the oven. Pizza was good. But knowing how it was prepared didn’t really help to enjoy that dinner. Some employees probably shouldn’t work there. Like this guy on the picture which is laying his head on the pizza preparation table and has his hair either right on top of someone’s pizza or right by it.

They have a good product and the service is good, although I really don't like having to call off shore to order a pizza. Their main problem is that they are not consistent in how they prepare their product. We had pizza one time and it was totally amazing! We ordered again a few weeks later and ordered the exact same pizzas we had previously and they weren't prepared the same and were just okay. I would order more often if I were able to get a consistently good product.

Our pizza was not even cut Delivery time is horrible 48 bucks for two cold pizzas Female employee makes dough with her long, Fake bacteria ridden nails. Called to complain asked for corporate to contact me To no avail. Never heard from anyone. Way better options all around. This papa johns has gone downhill drastically. Used to be our favorite pizza place . See for yourself. Next time do carryout and you will see how unkept the place is.

It’s really unfortunate that employees do not use common sense any longer. We ordered our pizza from this place and part of our order was left out. When I called for it the girl on the other end was rushing to get me off the phone. When I was told it will be about 25 minutes for rest our order to get to us, I waited to see if they were going to offer anything since most pizza restaurants, actually any restaurants, will give you something as an apology. When I asked, the girl said, “Well what else do you want me to do for you?” I immediately asked her if that was the right way to handle the situation. She proceeded to have her manager talk to me and the manager basically said the exact same question with the exact same unprofessional tone. We order from Papa Johns almost every other week because of the same experience we had with Domino’s. Now we are no longer ordering from either of them.

I ordered a pizza with side late night. I was tracking my order thru live map. Driver was at my house, and then nothing happened for 5min. I called the store, they said driver is on their way in very rushed and rude tone. now im waiting for my order for 40 min as I am writing review. still no delivery or call from the store. i am expecting very cold food.
