Asian Gardens Buffet

Only reason these guys are even getting A star is bc I can't choose no star. Worst service I've EVER gotten for a buffet. NO food because there was a HUGE party in the other section & kids everywhere without parents control. There were ZERO clean plates available. At one point they put out PAPER PLATES! What's with that? The booth next to my family & I had dirty plates left there since BEFORE we walked in and they were STILL there when we left. We asked to speak with the manager and the rude attitude response we received was "just wait a minute." (Something we were told several times while we were there). Under staffed, no food, horrible customer service so I don't recommend going here and I'm telling my family & friends not to bother with this crap place.

Horrible place, service, and food. Everything they had tasted old, like 3 weeks old. The rice was nasty and the soup was super cold. The image of the restaurant is horrible as well, I regret coming here. NEVER again. And… to top it off the bathroom was super nasty and there was no towels to dry your hands.

I have been here a few times and it keeps getting worse and worse. The owners are so cheap. A lot of their food is frozen and not made by them at all. I had Korean beef tonight, it was discusting! I spit it out. Most of the kitchen staff are Latin people, not Asian at all. I've been many Chinese restaurants in Seattle for 20 years once on the weekend, and I can say that this restaurant is not the best. It is great that it is buffet, but most of the people who eat it have no idea how it should taste. And they even have sushi, but they do it wrong. It sets out for hours. I have never seen Chinese eating there. It's always those who don't know how it is supposted to taste. I am done going there. It's so bad.
