Domino's Pizza

I moved in right down the street a few month ago and this has become my go to place for pizza. I'll generally stop in to grab a buffalo chicken sandwich before heading out for a drink or picking up a large pizza for a night in. Either way my order generally sits around $10 which is pretty good considering the post covid world. The staff here has great customer service and quite frankly are just awesome in general every time that I've interacted with them.

This place is horrible at providing any kind of decent service. I order my pizza for delivery through the app and 9 times out of 10 there is some sort of issue. Most recently, ordering from the app at 7:30pm and not seeing an update on the tracker when I realized that it was now 8:30pm. I call to get a status update and was told that there was 2 orders in front of mine and that it would take another 20 minutes before my order gets into the oven. I don't even like coming online and leaving reviews but I have ran out of patience for this place way too many times to not give others a heads up on what to expect when ordering from here. I can't complain about the food, it tastes just like any other Domino's, but man, the trials and tribulations of getting the food delivered is too much to keep ordering from this place.

Amazing customer service at this location. Shout out to shannon for being so pleasant and so willing to make sure that I enjoyed my experience. I somehow ordered from a different store when I made it to pick up my pizzas here we found that they didn’t have an order. One of the new young ladies took my order and offered to help me told me it would be about 10 minutes for them to make the new pizzas. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting and was asked by a nice gentleman named Matt if I had been helped literally as soon as he came to the door dropping off a delivery. Oh I noticed they were all very clean washing their hands they worked very well together. And shannon provided me with paper plates napkins and some really awesome Domino’s cups and mentioned he didn’t want me doing the dishes tonight. Five stars for this locationAmazing customer service. The pizza comes out good for a Domino's. The team can be pretty hit and miss- either they break out all the bells and whistles like HR and Management are watching or they look at you with the kind of disgust reserved for people who order from Papa John. Some people pay for that kind of treatment true, but I'm not really in the market for a Za'dom or a Dough'dom- I just want a friendlyish if tired Hello and a hot pizza.

We ordered "curbside delivery" and sat outside for 25 minutes before calling them and being told "we're a little busy, we'll run the order out now". Another 6 minutes passed and I gave up and went inside to get the food in under 30 seconds. The food was only warm, no doubt from sitting on a rack for 30 minutes. We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and it had a grand total of 3 and 1 pineapple (which we didn't order)
