Pizza Hut

We haven't had Pizza Hut in .... jeez .... at least 10 years. We picked a stuffed crust up tonight & it was pretty darn good. Pepperoni was yummy, stuffed crust good, wish cooked extra, but overall we'd pick up again. Nice surprise. The kids there were nice & Patrick was sure to say his name & agreed the pizza was beautiful....lol.

I never even got my order! My phone died right before the delivery arrived (totally my fault) so I missed the delivery notice, but when I tried to call the store 5 mins later when my phone chargers enough to turn back in, i just reached an international call center. They said they could transfer me to the store but after trying THREE times at around 8:00pm and waiting on hold over 10 minutes each time, I gave up and called the main corporate number instead to just request a refund. Low and behold it was another call center and even they couldn’t give me a refund or do anything to help me!! They said someone would email me within a day or two and here we are four days later and I have no refund, no communication, nothing. I am so frustrated and I just would like a refund for an order I never even received! It’s terrible service to not be able to speak to someone in a store to resolve an issue like this. It’s frustrating to have to call and email and communicate so many times to get a refund!! Overall we love your food but the service made this a terrible experience. Not sure if or when we will ever order Pizza Hut again honestly.

I never had any issue in the past, but lately as I was going to get pizza, Jemal Afshar is very disrespectful,. as I was going to get pizz there was two more kids with him they were read to fight! They dosn't deserve to be at pizza hut or anywhere else to work. The manager is already aware of the previous situation and still keeping these harmful and rude kids. they just make up lie story like real . This happened for the second time and I had to call 911 for them around 9:00 pm on may /24/2022

Would give negative stars. 1. My pizza didn't have sauce (one of the first things you are asked for in the app) 2. The dough was paper thin and burnt, the cheese was very crunchy (asked for stuffed crust) 3. The delivery person tried to walked off without giving me 10 dollars worth of change (my order was $20.90) When I asked for my change he offered me 5 dollars. This was highly unacceptable! I did not order close to closing. Why was everything so terrible?

Updated review: This time I placed a delivery order. It was quick. The driver was super nice and made sure I got my pizza even when I requested contactless drop off they made sure I picked it up. That's extra customer service. Pizza tasted great. Great portion of toppings. Well done. Thanks for making me a fan again.

Do not, use this location, it will send you confirmation of your order quickly, then even go as far as telling you its on the way, then another one that tells you to call the store, when you reach the store the say brief hold, that brief hold started at 755pm I finally hung up at 1235am. If there was negative stars to choose I'd pick -5 ✨️
