Baskin-robbins

Whatever you do don't order from this place through door dash. This experience was in no way the dashers fault. So our original order was for four different items. Baskin Robbins substituted am item without asking us and gave us something we would never order because we don't like it. On top of that they have the dasher a sealed bag (which is good) but it was missing one of the items as well. So we got on with dasher support and they refunded us so we could reorder our missing and wrong item..... So order #2. The original item that was substituted without permission is being shipped with the other item that was missing.... But the missing item was being substituted by Baskin Robbins for something of their choosing. Very disappointed. If you need to substitute something let the dasher know. They can get a hold of the customer to find out what substitutions are acceptable, not just a random thing BR says you're going to get wether you like it or not..

Service was terrible. Have been here before which was why it's getting a two and not a one. I ordered a banana split since it looked appetizing in the picture. Thought to myself "Maybe I'll get all vanilla and hot fudge. With that whip cream and cherry it should be good!". What I got was the picture below. Somehow, this desert shop ran out of hot fudge...that's like home depot running out of tools or lumber. Anyway, I asked to have it subbed out with chocolate syrup. I got one pump of chocolate over all three scoops and that was it...don't want to go back anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere. Comparison of the way it should look, and the way it did look are below.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the young lady who was there serving all of us hot people deserves a medal. She worked on her own with a constant line of 5 to 6 customers with orders ranging from ice cream cones to cups to milkshakes, and she didn't even break a sweat. She was very professional and courteous - and it was warm inside. Kudos to whoever hired her! Oh, the ice cream was as good as it usually is, by the way.

Order 2 pre-packed. One was correct the other was wrong. Also in the same order. Ordered 2 of the creature creations. What a joke. Do not order. Comes with half a scoop. No sprinkles and the animals the kids chose came wrong. I brought the issues to them right after door dash left. They did not respond. Tried calling manager and was put on hold.
