Guy's Pizza

Terrible customer service. Did not give the delivery driver all of items. Missing wings and S’mores. Blames door dash. The pizza was burnt and guyzones was burnt. Took no ownership for the problem of sub par food. Hung up on us. Needs to go back to manager school and learn some customer service. Door dash made sub par food? Never offered to remake food or doing anything to keep us as a customer. 6 days later No follow up. No response to review. Leadership failure. Door dash did show excellent customer service. Door dash should drop Guys pizza since there default to problems blame door dash.

This is a fantastic idea. It took us less than a minute to grab a pizza slice. As usual I took a just cheese slice. It tasted fantastic. It was so amazing that I’d ditch Pizza Hut and dominos. The guy on the front desk, he extended his best hospitality. We wanted to have a pizza that has no contact with any meat. He ensured we get such slices. It’s an open kitchen and we can actually see someone making pizza. I noticed they weren’t using hand gloves. It must be difficult to make a pizza with gloves but I wouldn’t want two bare hands in making it. Something that other pizza chains are very particular about Apart from that, this is a very good place and I think they should tie up with Kent state university and launch a store in the campus. For me, Multi-visit is guaranteed!

I always order from Guys because it's fast and the food tastes good for the price point. However, $6.99 for this salad? That's ridiculous. I also ordered the chicken parm sub. I get that we all have our bad days but there's hardly any sauce on it. I requested no fries but they came anyway with the meal, which would be fine except these fries are cold and stale. Are you kidding me with this order?

We’ve doordashed here quite a bit since moving and with the pandemic going on. The food is always good and gets better every time we order, tonight was the best one yet. They always get our order right and the staff is super nice. The guyzones are amazing and the Buffalo chicken salad is amazing. Love guys!!! Thank you for providing delish food during these crazy times we live in!
