Starbucks

This Starbucks in Kent needs to train about 6 other Starbucks locations on excellence in customer service. This location is consistently killing it. They are friendly to everyone- regardless of age or race, always on point with their service, (if they make a mistake they make it right) all while maintaining a clean, well decorated store.

This Starbucks is beyond my favorite Starbucks I've seen. The building must be some kind of historical building, because it does not follow any design standards I see at other Starbucks. It has a very old feeling environment, with small upstairs windows and seating nooks. I feel more comfortable studying on the second floor of this Starbucks than I have any others.

I love this Starbucks. I will always be appreciative of the staff. I've been going here for around 4 years and just now have gotten into the habit of using the mobile application. The staff is extremely friendly at all times of the day. I have never had any issues using the app versus standing in line. Even when they're busy, the drinks and food don't take that long. This is an awesome Starbucks!

Not great, not terrible. For the price, you can do better. Service is generally very good, but the coffee is usually the same old thing and often burnt. Do yourself a favor and go to Tree City or Dunkin instead. To put things in perspective, I haven't been a fan of Starbucks in general since they started serving Pikes Place every day.
