Burger King

The food was good but they need help with being more friendly. The drive thru girl was giving me looks like I was the devil, after I got my food I parked in their parking lot to eat and the manager on duty kept giving me dirty looks and starring out the door at me like I was doing something wrong. I will not come back to the Kent location after this experience

Cashier had no idea what he was doing. Finaly got the order done for it to sit while multiple drive thru orders that were placed after ours were filled. When we got our food none of it was made correctly. Manager blamed it on the cashier not ringing it up correctly but my receipt says differently. Staff was also giving us dirty looks through our entire meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food was okay, not tossed together, and came out in a timely manner. My only real issue was that the tables and floors needed to be cleaned up a bit. The free "whopperWiFi" is a bit of misnomer as the it kept cutting out, use Dunkin' Donuts instead. :-p The staff were nice during my visit and I'll probably make a return trip in the near future!

I go here all the time because Main St only offers so much for us college kids. The food is standard Burger King, not necessarily great but not the worst. I usually get iced coffees or icees and they're always perfect. I've never had a problem with any workers there, they're always fast, friendly, and efficient. If anything, they usually have one person up front doing all the work while all the grill members seemingly talk about nothing and goof off. I've watched a girl struggle up front doing drive thru, running orders, and doing front counter, while a manager and two other employees stood to the side and talked. Customer service is great, food is decent, wait time is very short.
