Quaker Steak & Lube

This is the worst Quaker Steak and Lube that I have ever been to. I drove 20 minutes and got a decent sized carry out order from them today. When I returned home with the order for my family, I discovered that much of the order was missing. Our appetizer was missing, and all of the orders of wings were missing the carrots, celery and dip sauce. I called immediately and was advised to come back in. So, I drove back to pick up the missing items. They were rather unapologetic, and offered nothing to make up for he inconvenience. The manager claimed that she had checked our order and that it was correct, however, when I got home, our celery was still missing. On top of that, the food was disgusting. The wings were so saturated in grease, that you couldn't even taste the sauce. This was especially true for the breaded wings. The carrots were white and bitter. We ordered pretzels which were apparently deep fried, and hard as rocks, basically inedible. I think that it's safe to say that we won't be ordering from them again.

I dont expect much from a resutrant run by a bunch of college students and one woman whom I believe is a like a grad student? Food is hit or miss, depending on when you go the food quality changes. Around lunch or early during hours quality is great but dinners are usually quickly made and sometimes cold. Just go during odd hours and you'll enjoy yourself, or else you'll wait in an hour long line for half cold wings and loaded fries with little bacon and no scallops.

Worst Quaker Steak & Lube I have ever been to. The service was awful, my burger has been burnt and overcooked several times, and the fries were either overcooked and hard or undercooked and disgusting. This place is run by students who don't care about their jobs and it shows. 2017 Update, the place has not gotten any better. I ordered carryout and instead of just being able to walk in and pay they made me wait in line with everything ordering to dine in. By the time I was able to pay my food had been sitting for 20 mins and was gross.

Terrible, last time I went there I waited two hours for my food (when there was hardly anyone in there) then when I got it they messed it up and told me they didn’t have any more of what I wanted. People behind me had come in and finished eating before I even got my food. And of course the employees were standing around the whole time. Surprised quaker is still letting this place operate. Do NOT recommend this place
