Visited for my Birthday evening meal in the restaurant/bar. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
The food was delicious and the wine smooth. Service was good and the waiting staff and bar staff were all very friendly.

From the greeting at reception to checking out this was a lovely break. Staff are so nice, fantastic food and stunning grounds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful place to have a wedding. We went to the wedding fayre. Also been here for afternoon tea. One of the best afternoon teas,that I have tried. Lovely views.

Grease themed evening in The Hangar was great. 'Chordettes' singing and food very appropriate. We had a lovely evening.
The only adverse comment is that the film soundtrack seemed too loud sometimes causing the speech to become unclear.

Sorry, only visited for luncheon so I can't really comment .The menu was quite comprehensive and the service was great. Atmosphere relaxed in fact I was the only customer wearing a tie! A good place for a 'treat' meal.

First of all! Props to Susie/Suzie ( Not sure how to spell it haha ) for being super professional and accommodating, had a great laugh and very easy to get on with.
We we're lucky enough to stay in the Gatehouse and I can assure you, it is beautiful! Cosey, Modern and Clean. Rain fall shower was amazing and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!
Food was amazing, service in the restaurant was great. However it was like a sauna inside there, extremely warm but overall an amazing experience! highly recommend staying here.

The rooms, service and location were perfect for spending time at a local customer. The reason for a single star lost overall? The cost. It's not cheap. That's not to say that you don't get what you pay for. It's a lovely place to stay with a nice view when the weather's good.

Beautiful place to visit, had a champagne afternoon tea which was very well presented. Stunning grounds and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and even.assisted moving us inside when it started to rain heavily. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very good afternoon tea.. sandwiches were lovely and fresh. Cakes really good and plenty of food. Service was really good. No need to book. And was very good value.. had a few pots of tea and no extra charge. We sat outside and its a beautiful location

6 of us enjoyed afternoon tea . It was very well presented - fresh sandwiches, home baked warm scones and a selection of fancies - and the service was excellent. However, I think it was overpriced at £25 per person. I felt we were paying more for our surroundings than our food.
