The food was lovely, well seasoned and spiced. The service was amazing from start to finish with very kind waiters. The atmosphere was relaxed with calm music and a few other families enjoying their meals!

Popped in for breakfast on a wet Tuesday morning, it was quite busy.
I ordered the porridge and berry compote with a side of toast, it was a big bowl and tasted great.
My wife ordered scrambled egg on toast and it seemed very good too.
Coffee was really good.
Been here before, will be back!

Didn’t expect dinner at Keswick hard to come by (so busy!) the restaurant kindly let us have a table without booking. Love the calm vibes and fast services. Had baked local trout, when an East Asian sees a whole fish, it’s happy time. Great flavour, enjoyed the veg and the freshness of the fish. Some Pak Choi here and Cucumber there, great combo! Enjoyed every bit thoroughly with skilful fork skills that I’m very proud of.

Was a lovely meal right in the heart of Keswick. A taste of the exotic going on here with teriyaki tacos and Jamaican jerk. Lovely varied and tasty menu 😋

Lovely food. Freshly cooked and hot. Tempura was a highlight...better than Japan!
Surprisingly quiet, deserves to be much fuller!

Wow, amazing brunch! I had the grilled halloumi and it was so refreshingly different. I added bacon, was pretty expensive but I felt mine was definitely worth it, £9.95 and to add bacon was an extra £2. Good size food. Flat white was £3, again quite expensive but nice. The table also had a full English, the Hunters I think it was called, but thought it was a bit naughty that you had to add beans, black pudding, hash brown all for extra £2s, beans were an extra £1.50. A full English really should include those items... would have cost about £14 for a full English. Fresh orange juice was nice but again that was £3.75 for a small glass. Atmosphere was buzzing, with the market on in the high street it was heaving, not many spare tables and clearly a very popular choice for people passing. My favourite part I have to say were how lovely the server was and the other gentleman, super happy and chirpy, willing to go the extra mile for people. Was very impressed especially as they were flat out and drinks orders were building up. Highly recommend visiting for the brunch list.

Dined at Merienda last night and we were blown away. Fantastic food and beautiful cocktails - a lot of pride had gone into the food which was well presented and my steak was cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and keen to please. Would strongly recommend

Nice food, good service. Been a couple of times now. It is very pricey though...think you need a larger cup for the price of the coffees!

We had dinner at the Merienda last night and had pre booked a table which I do recommend otherwise you will struggle as a walk in.
Anyhow to the food.....
For starters we had the Wanton and Sriracha chicken wings, both nice but the Wanton were off the scale, sooooo good.
For our mains my wife had the Caesar salad which was superb and I had the Jerk Chicken whilst despite being cooked well and tasty I did feel it should have been a breast rather than a leg & a drumstick, but you know this is my preference and other diners may well be happy.
For deserts I had the cinnamon and apple pie with icecream and my wife the lemon possett which was so sweet she could not finish it which was a shame.
The furniture is reclaimed and quite comfortable, atmosphere relaxed and the waitresses spot on so overall almost 5/5 but not quite.

Very cosy atmosphere and delicious food! Vegan and vegetarian options available. The starters, main course, and dessert were all absolutely delicious.
