I was impressed by the design of the pub, it is same like you were in the court of justice. It's amazing.
The food was tasty and well presented. The service was fast, and the staff is friendly and nice. I will recommend!
Love Wetherspoons, and visit them very often, food is always very good prices and staff normally very happy and helpful, food standard can vary depending on the staff who makes it, has a good lively pub environment, but it doesn’t ever play music, good for a night out as well

The food is what you expect at a weatherspoons, But the atmosphere and the history behind the building is amazing to learn about also how they kept the original cell doors and made some of the cells into a dining area really is impressive and immersive.
My favourite!!! Every time we come to Keswick, we come here to eat. Doesn't matter if we've just walked in from shopping or are dragging our cold, hungry selves in off the mountains... we are totally at ease in the Chief. We order from the app while sitting down and the food comes quickly.. faster
Usual spoons formula. Wifi , food from 8-12. Very reasonable prices. For me - close to railway station made it ideal before train back to Glasgow
